Outside the above office hours all corporate callers can contact our out-of-hours Emergency Centre.
Our research has shown that amendments or new reservations can be more effectively managed by referring to the original point of sale particularly when travelling outside the European Time Zone.
The Emergency Centre is authorised to make payments to scheduled airlines for new or lost tickets & additional collections for upgrades on restricted airfare amendments.
It is managed by experienced professionals and has full access to your company and personal traveller profiles to comply with your travel policy.
This service is available for air itineraries. Hotel Guests are required to cancel their reservations direct with the respective property if not booked through B.S. Executive Travel.
Our Emergency Centre will not be held responsible for not cancelling reservations made direct with suppliers i.e. hotels, although this service will be provided if details are provided by the traveller.
Our Emergency Team will provide the following services to you:
- New reservations for air, hotel and car rental.
- Amend, cancel existing air, hotel and car rental.
- Re-route itineraries and prepay any additional collections to be re-charged using your preferred payment method.
- Implement company travel policy
